Large Embroidered Patch Is Better than Small Patch

At Dynamic Dezign, we are proud to produce high-quality custom embroidered patches regardless of their size. Yet large patch tend to have a number of distinct advantages.

A big customize patch often needs more thread than a tiny one. You have a clearer image. This means that every single thread in a large patch is less distinguishable and more easily blends together simply because there are more of them. It helps the picture they create to appear to the human eye more coherent. It is like a thousand-piece puzzle’s components fusion stronger than 10-Piece Puzzle’s components. A mosaic or the pixels on a computer screen would also be reasonable comparisons. Thread thickness is not a consideration because all custom embroidery patches made of Dynamic Dezign are made of high-quality threads and twills with the same lengths, from the biggest to the smallest.

The larger something is, the better it can be seen. That may be very obvious, but it should not be ignored. It may be better to go as big as possible if you want custom embroidered patches that advertise a company logo or show your team spirit honestly. Small embroidered patches can fit almost anywhere, and more can be crammed onto the same surface, but not as visible.

This description is provided by the previous two sections, but the text is to be taken into consideration. When sewing such pictures, there is a relative degree of space. But even a small blow with one letter will drastically change or distort the meaning when it comes to words. Substantial patches allow a greater thread count and more space so that words can be formed much more accurately. Therefore, it is important to choose a larger size if you wish to read the text from a distance.

Custom Embroidered Patches Size Matter
